Please read these terms carefully before using MindJoy. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindJoy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. If you are using MindJoy on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Children's accounts can only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Each person may only maintain one parent account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MindJoy only for its intended purpose of family education and child development.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the service to harm, exploit, or endanger children in any way.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.
  • Automated data collection, scraping, or mining of our content.
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.

Content & Intellectual Property

All MindJoy content, including missions, illustrations, and educational materials, is owned by MindJoy and protected by copyright.

Content uploaded by users (such as mission photos) remains the property of the user, but you grant MindJoy a license to use it for providing the service.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by MindJoy without obligation to you.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • MindJoy offers a free tier with limited features.
  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app or app store.
  • Refund policies follow the applicable app store guidelines (Apple App Store / Google Play).
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice.

Termination

  • You may delete your account and terminate these terms at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
  • After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • MindJoy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chisinau, Moldova.
